Refund policy

All products sold are research materials. All sales are final.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or reversed once submitted. By completing checkout, you agree that your order is final and immediately enters processing.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier

Incorrect or Defective Items
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:

  • The wrong product was shipped, or
  • The product is demonstrably defective upon arrival

Claims must:

  • Be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery
  • Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label
  • Show the product unopened and in its original condition

Failure to provide required documentation voids eligibility.

If approved, remedies are issued at our sole discretion as:

  • Replacement product, or
  • Store credit

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting support may be considered fraudulent and disputed with supporting delivery confirmation, checkout acceptance records, and policy acknowledgment.
